Requirements

Relevant work experience (2+ years preferred)
Proficiency in basic carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing
Must have valid driver’s license
Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks

Responsibilities

Overseeing the maintenance and housekeeping departments
On call coverage is part of the role
Ensuring that the Community is safe for residents and staff, attractive and well maintained, and operating within the Community maintenance budget
Must be familiar with fire and life safety prevention equipment
Required to perform preventative maintenance on all building equipment
Ability to perform resident room renovation
