About The Position

The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities. The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards. As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution. You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting. The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis. Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of supervisory experience
  • High School Diploma or Tech School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience
