About The Position

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of our facilities maintenance operations. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as experience in managing maintenance teams and projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in budget management, problem-solving, and communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance operations including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervision or managerial role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage/coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in a maintenance context.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Proficiency with building automation system controls.
• Experience with large HVAC replacement and retrocommissioning projects.
• Experience in hiring and firing & contract negotiation.
