About The Position
The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Community is safe for residents and staff, attractive and well maintained, and operating within the Community maintenance budget. Work alongside the 2 maintenance techs, while overseeing the maintenance and housekeeping departments. On call coverage is part of the role.
Requirements
- Proficiency in basic carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks

- Relevant work experience (2+ years preferred)

- Operating within the Community maintenance budget
- Performing preventative maintenance on all building equipment
- Performing resident room renovation
