We’re a fast-growing BBQ company with 22 locations across 5 states, known for our dedication to great food and quality service. We’re looking for a skilled and self-motivated Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team. This individual will be our primary in-house maintenance resource, handling day-to-day repairs and coordinating with outside vendors when needed. As the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing critical building systems and equipment across our restaurants, with a focus on HVAC systems (including coolers, freezers, and rooftop units). You’ll also troubleshoot and perform various general maintenance tasks—like a jack-of-all-trades—helping to keep our locations running smoothly. While minimal travel may be required, most work will be based in the St. Louis area.
