About The Position

As a Facilities Maintenance Manager at Honeywell, you will hold a key role accountable for overseeing and managing the maintenance and operational aspects of the organization's physical facilities. This position is essential in ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, safe, and fully functional. You will report directly to our Facilities Manager and will work out of our designated location. This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with a combination of on-site and remote work. In this role, you will have an impact on the overall success of the business. Your guidance to the facilities team will foster a safe and productive work environment, enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity. Your expertise in facilities management will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the business. Honeywell Aerospace’s Maintenance, Facilities function provides leadership and governance for maintenance programs at the Torrance, CA site. You will be a site leadership team member for all aspects of facilities (facilities management, production equipment, test, etc.) and will use facilities project management (PM) skills to improve efficiency and reduce unplanned downtime and operating costs. You will utilize your knowledge of PM of CapEx to improve the quality, speed, productivity, and cost of project execution.
