Responsibilities

• Performs custodial duties to include building and grounds maintenance.
• Keeps office, restrooms, warehouse, and property clean and orderly as directed by supervisors.
• Ensures areas are prepared and orderly by taking out trash, cleaning all areas of the office, restrooms, warehouse and facility which includes (but not limited to): Sweep/mopping floors, dusting, window washing, lawn maintenance, pick up steel banding, cut & stock wood.
• Works and coordinates with multiple areas of warehouse coworkers/supervisors to complete tasks daily.
• Maintains compliance with all safety requirements, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates initiative to proactively seek out work and complete tasks.
• Performs other Warehouse or other tasks as required by the absence of a department member or due to the existence of a backlog of work.
• Completes special projects as specified by management.
