About The Position

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across our manufacturing facility. This role is critical to supporting health and safety standards, reducing contamination risks, and ensuring an efficient workspace for all departments.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Speak, read, and write English.
Successfully pass drug screen.
Successfully pass background screening.
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience, preferably in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting.
Have solid written and verbal communication skills that can practiced at all levels of the organization.
Ability to adhere to all OSHA safety rules and regulations.
Ability to work with deadlines.
Have good organizational skills.
Have a precise attention to detail.
Have an excellent sense of priorities and be a self-motivator.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and deep cleaning of production areas, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and other facility spaces.
Empty trash, recycling, and waste containers regularly and safely dispose of materials according to facility guidelines.
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors throughout the facility, including industrial work zones.
Operate floor cleaning machines and other janitorial equipment (e.g., buffers, scrubbers, pressure washers) as needed.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and hygiene materials such as soap, sanitizer, paper products, and PPE.
Support the upkeep of grounds, interior and exterior cleanliness, and overall facility appearance.
Assist in moving equipment, furniture, and materials as needed.
Report maintenance issues, spills, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of proper PPE and handling of cleaning chemicals.
Support emergency cleaning or clean-up tasks, such as spills or biohazard response, when required.
Maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the Office, Plant, and Restroom facilities (this includes, but is not limited to personal office desks, machines, conference rooms and the break room).
Communicate any out-of-stock items to the Purchasing Manager.
Communicate effectively with co-workers and Supervisor.
