About The Position

As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the day-to-day condition of the buildings and grounds, encompassing both interior and exterior upkeep. This includes tasks such as painting, power washing, and landscaping, as well as assisting skilled trades like carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. The role demands flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety, operating within a dynamic environment where you will handle materials up to 50 lbs. and utilize various tools and equipment. You will also collaborate with a team on ongoing maintenance needs and special projects, including facility improvements and renovations. This is a safety-sensitive position, subject to pre-employment and random drug testing, where positive results, including for marijuana, may lead to withdrawal of an offer or termination.
