About The Position

The Facilities/Maintenance Associate maintains company buildings, grounds, equipment, furniture, and fixtures. The role performs general maintenance and repairs, coordinates outside contractors when needed, and helps ensure facilities remain safe, clean, and in good working condition. Duties may involve working indoors and outdoors and safely using tools and equipment. This position may also perform additional duties as assigned to meet company and operational needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• General knowledge of lawn care, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and building maintenance required.
• Must meet applicable gaming licensing requirements and pass required pre-employment screening.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Must have good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.
• Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds and perform physical duties including bending, stooping, standing, and walking.
• Must be able to perform general maintenance and repair work and use tools and equipment safely.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair buildings, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Perform general carpentry, painting, plumbing, and other maintenance duties.
• Assist with heating, air conditioning, roofing, sewer, and other repairs.
• Coordinate outside contractors and monitor their work when specialized repairs are needed.
• Maintain lawns, grounds, and assigned work areas.
• Repair or assemble office furniture and equipment.
• Drive to pick up parts, supplies, and materials as needed.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and be available when called upon.
• Communicate maintenance concerns and repair needs to management.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
• Wear the required gaming badge while on duty or conducting company business.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service to guests, coworkers, vendors, and management.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
