About The Position
The Facilities Maintenance Assistant will be helping with a variety of facilities maintenance projects.
Requirements
- Requires basic construction knowledge
- Ability to pay attention to the smallest details
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work hard and under the pressure of deadlines
- Desire for growth in a fast-paced organization
- Gloves (when required)
- Eyeglasses/Glass Shields (when required)
- Back Brace (when required)
- Protective Sleeves (when required)
- Scissor/clippers
- Safety Cutter
- All safety provisions and procedures must be followed at all times.

Nice To Haves
- Basic HVAC knowledge a plus
- Greenhouse maintenance experience desired
- Previous experience driving a box truck
- Bilingual a plus
Responsibilities
- Conducts routine maintenance to Warehouse and Greenhouse facilities
- Assists in preparing and building fixtures for tradeshows
- Acts as backup to box truck drivers if applicable
- Assists shipping and receiving team when time allows
