About The Position

The Facilities Logistics Coordinator - Level 2 role is responsible for executing multiple defined projects and assignments efficiently. This position supports the Project Manager in all project phases, including estimates, bidding, and safety. The coordinator will oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines, with a strong emphasis on cGMP application and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Engineering (or similar).
• Minimum 5 years experience as Project Foreman or similar.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Team collaboration and leadership support.
• Mandatory: Code of Conduct, Security Training.

Nice To Haves

• Expected: EHS, GMP, Induction, LOTO
• Optional: GMP Foundations, Risk Management, CAPA, Change Control

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from start to completion.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and company standards.
• Identify technical problems and support solutions.
• Oversee cGMP application and workplace safety.
• Support design documents and coordinate with external firms.
• Assist in project estimates and bid preparation.
• Inspect contractor work and ensure compliance.
• Follow cGMP and quality guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation and safety procedures.
• Report quality issues appropriately.
