About The Position

The Facilities Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring facilities are maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. This role includes coordinating order processing and deliveries, maintaining inventory and records, and supporting general maintenance and construction activities.

Requirements

  • Basic construction and maintenance experience
  • General computer proficiency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge and experience working with farm animals
  • Interest in wildlife, conservation, or animal care
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed and based on season

Responsibilities

  • Process and coordinate bison meat orders, including delivery logistics
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers
  • Perform routine facilities upkeep, maintenance, and minor construction tasks
  • Maintain accurate inventory, records, and supply tracking
  • Operate large equipment as needed (preferred)
  • Manage hardware supplies and fuel stocking levels
  • Travel between and support multiple properties, working independently as required
