About The Position

The Janitorial Team helps ensure showrooms and other areas are thoroughly cleaned and kept tidy, providing a visually pleasing and safe environment for customers and employees. The role includes cleaning and disinfecting building interiors, maintaining outdoor areas, and performing light maintenance. This is a full-time position with two consecutive days off each week. Wages start at $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and a background check.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail.
• Physically capable of operating drivable floor-cleaning equipment.
• Able to lift and push up to 50 pounds.
• Able to spend eight hours on foot walking, bending, pushing and pulling, and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect interior building areas, including restrooms.
• Pick up trash and debris.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Monitor for and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist with other assigned duties.
• Perform lawn maintenance.
• Shovel snow.
• Perform light maintenance duties.
