About The Position

Radius Aerospace- Hot Springs is seeking a Facilities Housekeeping professional to join their team. This role is responsible for cleaning and light maintenance throughout the facility. Requirements

Ability to read and write the English language
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Must have a valid Drivers License

Previous cleaning experience a plus

Responsibilities

Picking up trash and emptying trash containers.
Performing light repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures, painting, etc.
Cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and common spaces.
Washing windows.
Vacuuming and cleaning floors, rugs, furniture, and dusting all horizontal surfaces.
Additional cleaning areas as required.
Performing limited grounds cleanup.
Examining property for safety hazards and reporting problems to maintenance staff.
Ensuring that cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures.
Performing other related duties as required
