About The Position

Witco is currently seeking a Facilities/Fleet Manager to Manage the maintenance of company buildings, grounds, and vehicle fleet, ensuring company expectations related to safety, compliance, efficiency, and cost containment are met. WITCO INC, a mission-driven nonprofit organization serving the needs of people with disabilities, throughout southwest Idaho and eastern Oregon.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Familiarity with vehicle fleet management and maintenance.
Willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Experience operating or ability to learn to operate a forklift.
Experience operating larger passenger vehicles.
Must complete an obtain clearance for Criminal History, with fingerprinting, employment references, and pre-hire drug screen required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with third party vendors for buildings and grounds work at all Witco facilities, ensuring work is performed to meet company quality of work standards.
Regularly inspect buildings and grounds to ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and environmental codes.
Schedule and coordinate required facilities related tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Supervise maintenance staff tasked with general maintenance activities.
Maintain inventory of maintenance/janitorial supplies.
Enforce workplace safety, emergency, and security protocols.
Monitor facilities related budgets and identify any opportunities to reduce costs.
Maintain vehicle fleet by ensuring proper record keeping, reporting, and required maintenance is completed to company standards.
Coordinate any required repairs for vehicle fleet.
Develop, implement, and enforce fleet policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Monitor and report on collected driver performance data as required.
Monitor fuel usage, maintenance costs, and other fleet performance metrics.
Plan and schedule necessary pick-up and delivery requirements in coordination with the work services manager.
Train approved company employees on safe and efficient vehicle operation.
Provide transportation services for product delivery/pick-up and people served assuring safety and compliance.
Prepare and submit reports as directed by the Director of Commercial Operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by Director Commercial Operations.
