The primary purpose of this position is to receive, record, distribute, and track all Property Work Orders to the appropriate service crew to ensure timely and complete service is performed to meet expectations. This position involves driving a company vehicle and/or company-insured vehicle. A valid driver’s license is required, along with successful completion of a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and annual MVRs, according to company guidelines. The role requires adherence to safe, defensive driving practices, obeying all traffic laws, regulations, signals, and markings, using a seat belt, and following Company policies and procedures, including the Substance Abuse Policy. It is crucial never to drive while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications that may impair driving ability, and to report any accidents immediately and cooperate fully with insurance claims investigations.
