About The Position

Trilogy Wellness is seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Technician to help maintain and support our growing network of seven outpatient healthcare offices. This role combines facility maintenance, fitness/rehabilitation equipment upkeep, and preventative inspections to ensure our locations remain safe, professional, and welcoming for both patients and staff. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety, works independently, and takes ownership of their work.

Requirements

  • Experience in general maintenance, handyman services, facilities management, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and repair techniques
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and develop practical solutions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable using smartphones and electronic systems for documentation and communication
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between clinic locations
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and move equipment and supplies as needed
  • A working cellphone is required for communication, work requests, scheduling, and electronic documentation.
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and electronic timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine repairs and general maintenance at all clinic locations
  • Address work order requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and building-related issues
  • Coordinate with outside vendors when specialized repairs are required
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment throughout all facilities
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair fitness and rehabilitation equipment
  • Identify wear and tear before it becomes a larger issue
  • Coordinate service and replacement recommendations when necessary
  • Ensure equipment remains safe and operational for patient use
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly facility inspections across all locations
  • Identify maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions
  • Monitor overall building conditions and proactively address concerns
  • Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and completed maintenance activities
  • Submit work requests, maintenance updates, and completed tasks electronically
  • Track hours worked and mileage accurately through company systems
  • Utilize electronic payroll and timekeeping systems
  • Communicate regularly with leadership regarding project status and facility needs
