About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring a Facilities Enhancement Technician to help maintain store facilities and appearance. The role includes surface restoration, parking lot striping, and ADA safety and compliance painting. Technicians also support facility visual standards and may provide peer-to-peer technical support, take on project or stretch assignments, and own the condition of assigned facility locations. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-pressure surface restoration.
• Complete parking lot striping and ADA safety and compliance painting.
• Maintain overall facility appearance and visual standards.
• Provide peer-to-peer technician support, take on project or stretch assignments, and exercise facility-location ownership.
