About The Position

The Facilities Enhancement Technician maintains the visual appeal, safety, and cleanliness of 7-Eleven properties. The role involves power washing and surface cleaning, parking lot striping, light painting, and general maintenance. Technicians complete preventative and reactive work orders and deliver results that support customer experience and brand standards. The position requires travel of up to 50% and flexibility to work varied hours with reasonable notice.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to operate equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Able to meet the role's heavy-work physical demands, including lifting and carrying materials up to 100 lbs, with specified lifting limits of up to 75 lbs from waist to shoulder and overhead.

Experience with power washing, maintenance, or construction-related work.

Responsibilities

Inspect surfaces and determine appropriate cleaning methods.
Set up and safely operate power-washing equipment; remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, loose paint, and debris; apply cleaning agents as needed; use water-reclamation equipment where required; and clean canopies, under-decking, and company-owned exterior structures.
Operate hand-held and ride-on striping equipment; prepare surfaces using chalk lines, guide marks, and ADA templates; apply paint to parking lots, walkways, and designated areas; and comply with ADA standards and safety regulations.
Perform light interior and exterior painting projects.
Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on tools and equipment, and keep power-washing and striping equipment in working condition.
Manage tool and parts inventory within audit expectations of +/- 1%.
Maintain the assigned company vehicle and follow scheduled service requirements.
Perform general facility upkeep, including lighting, ceiling tiles, and wall repairs.
Ensure ADA signage is compliant and clearly visible.
Complete work orders to quality and performance standards; follow safety guidelines, including proper PPE use; and stay informed on industry best practices, materials, and techniques.
Collaborate with team members and external partners, follow assigned schedules and shift start times, and remain flexible to work varied hours with reasonable notice.
