About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring a Brand Enhancement Technician I to help maintain stores and support their appearance and visual standards. The role involves high-pressure surface restoration, parking lot striping, and ADA safety and compliance painting. Technicians also provide peer-to-peer technical support and take ownership of facility locations. The position offers hourly pay of $18.00–$32.00, with a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 subject to eligibility guidelines and change.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
