About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring Brand Enhancement Technicians to help maintain store facilities and support the company’s convenience, restaurant, and fuel operations. Technicians perform high-pressure surface restoration, parking lot striping, and ADA safety and compliance painting, while maintaining overall facility appearance and visual standards. The role also highlights leadership, peer-to-peer technician support, project and stretch assignments, and ownership of facility locations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Leadership skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-pressure surface restoration.
• Complete parking lot striping and ADA safety and compliance painting.
• Maintain overall facility appearance and visual standards.
• Provide peer-to-peer technician support and take on project or stretch assignments.
