•$78,300 - $148,800•Onsite

About The Position

The Facilities Engineer supports the critical infrastructure, systems, and processes that enable large-scale, complex medical device manufacturing and laboratory operations. The role helps ensure reliability, compliance, and sustainability across campuses by partnering with facilities technicians, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve how facilities systems are designed, monitored, maintained, and operated. The engineer focuses on infrastructure performance, process improvement, troubleshooting, and long-term system reliability while providing flexible operational support as business and site needs evolve. This is an on-site position at one of Boston Scientific’s primary Minnesota sites: Arden Hills, Arbor Lakes, or Maple Grove. The role supports facilities infrastructure and capital projects, campus utility systems, regulated systems and infrastructure, engineering documentation, and energy-efficiency and emissions-reduction initiatives. Boston Scientific will not offer or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
