About The Position

The Facilities Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and maintenance of a diverse portfolio of multi-site entertainment venues and restaurant concepts. This strategic leadership position is perfect for a seasoned facilities management professional seeking to make a significant impact in a high-growth hospitality organization. With approximately 50% travel required, you will engage with various properties, ensuring they meet safety standards and operational readiness.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of facilities management experience with oversight of multi-site portfolios (10+ locations minimum).
  • Experience with large-scale venues such as entertainment districts, arenas, casino resorts, stadiums, or convention centers preferred.
  • Experience in restaurant and commercial real estate facilities management in addition to large venue work.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, building systems, life safety, and code compliance.
  • Capital planning, vendor negotiation, and contract management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and contractors across multiple markets.
  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Baltimore, MD area.
  • 50% travel required — non-negotiable for this role.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all facilities operations across 10+ entertainment venues, restaurants, and commercial real estate properties.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, vendor management systems, and service contracts.
  • Lead capital improvement planning, budgeting, and execution in collaboration with ownership and senior leadership.
  • Manage internal facilities staff and external contractors across multiple markets and geographies.
  • Ensure all properties adhere to safety standards, code compliance, and operational readiness at all times.
  • Oversee facilities transitions for new openings, renovations, and property acquisitions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with construction, operations, and real estate teams.
  • Travel to properties as required — approximately 50% of the time.
