This position supports both client-facing and staff areas within a behavioral-health and addiction-recovery setting, ensuring spaces remain compliant with infection-control standards, safety protocols, and organizational expectations. The Facilities Custodian performs routine and responsive cleaning, supports room readiness, maintains sanitation documentation, and interacts respectfully with clients and staff in occupied clinical and residential environments. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to trauma-informed practices.
