That makes each asset ready for maintenance, calibration and GMP operations on day one. The role is the link between project and CQV teams, Engineering, Maintenance, Metrology and Quality during handover. It ensures asset records, hierarchies, PM/calibration plans and supporting documents are complete, accurate and inspection-ready.

  • 3+ years of facilities, maintenance or asset management experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device).
  • Proven experience inducting assets into a CMMS: building asset hierarchies, entering technical data and setting up PM and calibration schedules.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP, GDP, 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity (ALCOA+).
  • Strong attention to detail and organization, and the ability to manage many induction packages at once.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with calibration management and metrology programs.
  • Experience with change control and QMS systems, such as Veeva Vault, TrackWise or MasterControl.
  • Knowledge of reliability concepts: criticality assessments, RCM and spare parts strategy.
  • Certifications such as CMRP, CAMA or IAM are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end induction of new, relocated and modified assets into BMRAM, from project handover through release to operations.
  • Collect and verify induction data packages from vendors, project teams and CQV: equipment lists, nameplate data, P&IDs, manuals, spare parts lists, calibration certificates and turnover packages.
  • Create and maintain asset records: asset numbers, location and functional hierarchy, parent/child relationships, GMP impact and criticality classification.
  • Set up preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration plans, frequencies, tolerances and job plans with Maintenance and Metrology.
  • Coordinate physical asset tagging and labeling, and reconcile field walkdowns against system records.
  • Track induction status against project schedules, and flag gaps or late documentation to Engineering and Project Management.
  • Support asset retirement, decommissioning and transfer records using site change control.
  • Serve as a key BMRAM user for asset, work order, PM and calibration modules.
  • Run data quality checks, audits and reconciliations to keep asset data complete, consistent and current.
