The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for various administrative duties and ad hoc projects that will take place at each market center location. Also, will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the site. This includes overseeing the implementation, configuration, and customization of the system to meet the needs of the organization. The CMMS Administrator will also be responsible for training and supporting users of the system, as well as ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and reporting. COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $ 20.00 to $24.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fast and accurate data entry abilities.
  • Excellent data management skills, including data input, organization, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record-keeping in the CMMS.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with maintenance teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to learn new systems, tools, and methodologies as technology and maintenance processes evolve.
  • Analytical skills to analyze data, track maintenance trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
  • This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).

Nice To Haves

  • Technical knowledge of CMMS systems and related software is desired.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS platforms for data entry, analysis, and reporting desired.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the CMMS and Maintenance Leadership Team
  • Plans and manages work and meets deadlines under minimal or no supervision.
  • Frequently exercises discretion and judgment in coaching and educating staff on the CMMS functions and best practices for performing tasks.
  • Maintains technical skill set for basic software languages, databases, platforms, operating systems, utilities, and networks as needed to support work assignments.
  • Database implementation and management for CMMS. Includes standardization of data such as hierarchy, asset types, maintenance codes, workflow organization, work order, and scheduled maintenance data processes, data entry, and report development.
  • Leads the front-end operations of the CMMS and leads the development of new applications within the system, including different types of information reporting.
  • Tracks, reports, reviews, and liaises with software designers to complete system change requests, data acquisitions and sharing, and user support.
  • Assist in batching and dispatching work orders to facility personnel.
  • Assist the Maintenance Managers and Project Managers with additional tasks as needed.
  • Assist Project Management in the development of project scope and other administrative duties assigned.
  • Other duties assigned by Maintenance and Project management departments.
  • Support the processing of weekly payroll, including but not limited to the tracking of time and attendance, reporting commissions, and other related payroll in accordance with company policy and our on-site collective bargaining agreement(s).
