About The Position

In this role you will coordinate and monitor maintenance and repair activities for buildings, equipment, and grounds. You will schedule and supervise preventative maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs. You will liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services. You will maintain records of maintenance schedules, work orders, warranties, and vendor contracts. You will assist in budgeting and procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment. You will ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations. You will conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. You will manage access control systems, keys, and security protocols. You will support space planning and office moves as needed. You will collaborate with the Facilities Manager on projects including renovations, upgrades, and sustainability initiatives. You will respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate resolution efforts. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years prior secretarial experience in an office setting
