Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 2-5 years progressive level experience in building maintenance and equipment repair
  • knowledge and possession of hand and/or power tools necessary to perform routine maintenance operations required

Nice To Haves

  • A.A. degree or Trade Tech School graduate preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides basic building maintenance and repair to include: plumbing maintenance and drain repair; electrical and lighting system repair; furniture and office equipment repair; wall cover repair to include painting and texturing, etc.
  • May assist with maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
  • May coordinate and schedule contractors' services when scope of work requires outside services.
  • Assists in the disposition and control of inventories allocated to warehouse storage.
  • Provides minor janitorial support as necessary for the sanitary delivery of clinical services.
  • Coordinates room set-up and preparation for meetings and other events.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
