Primary Function: (state main function of position) Receives verbal and written requests from network departments for Facilities Management Department, which includes Engineering & Maintenance, Environmental Services). Receives, records, dispatches all service requests, performing follow up as required. Greets visitors, ascertaining their needs and directs accordingly. Key management for department Utilizes maintenance management system to record, track, dispatch all service requests ensuring they are updated and closed, along with reporting and researching. Assists with general clerical duties of the department ______________________________________________________________________________ Education/Training/Experience: (indicate if required or preferred) Highschool diploma or equivalent with two years related experience is preferred. Must possess excellent verbal communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency with Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook.
