About The Position

Carteret Management Corporation is hiring a Facilities Cleaning & Maintenance Assistant for Blue Sky Landing, a new apartment community in Fort Pierce. The role is responsible for custodial work, groundskeeping, and light maintenance, with a focus on resident satisfaction. Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform general custodial duties.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to operate machinery, tools, and equipment needed for porter duties, including hand tools, a pressure washer, and a hand blower.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with on-site staff, vendors, and residents.

Nice To Haves

• Prior custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
• Clear debris from grounds and clean offices and common areas.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Perform light maintenance, including changing light bulbs and air filters and clearing clogs.
• Perform other general janitorial and basic maintenance duties as assigned.
