About The Position
Kemco Facilities Services and Reliant Commercial is seeking an experienced carpenter in Marietta, Georgia. Kemco has a history of providing exceptional service in the Restaurant and Retail sectors since 1989. They offer coverage from New Orleans to Southern Virginia and are looking for dedicated professionals to join their team. This family-owned and operated business specializes in commercial/industrial HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment repairs, installation, and maintenance, as well as carpentry, overhead doors, and building restoration.
Requirements
- Must be a self-starter, reliable, team player.
- Must have computer and smart phone skills.
- Must be good with paperwork systems.
- Experience required in all types of interior finishes: sheetrock, suspended ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile and FRP.
- Experience with steel frame doors, door hardware, commercial casework, and store fixtures.
- Good problem solver.
- Excellent people skills.
Nice To Haves
- Commercial construction experience desired.
Responsibilities
- Make repairs in retail stores.
- Perform work including all types of interior finishes: sheetrock, suspended ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile and FRP.
- Work with steel frame doors, door hardware, commercial casework, and store fixtures.
- Occasional travel required.
- Some overtime required.
- Some 24/7 on-call service required.
