About The Position
Kemco Facilities Services and Reliant Commercial is seeking an experienced carpenter in McDonough, Georgia. Kemco has a history of providing exceptional service in the Restaurant and Retail sectors since 1989. They offer coverage from New Orleans to Southern Virginia and are looking for dedicated professionals to join their team. This family-owned and operated business specializes in commercial/industrial HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment repairs, installation, and maintenance, as well as carpentry, overhead doors, and building restoration.
Requirements
- Must be a self-starter, reliable, and a team player.
- Must have computer and smart phone skills.
- Must be good with paperwork systems.
- Experience required in all types of interior finishes: sheetrock, suspended ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile and FRP.
- Must be a good problem solver.
- Must have excellent people skills.
- Commercial construction experience desired.
Responsibilities
- Make repairs in retail stores.
- Perform work including steel frame doors, door hardware, commercial casework, and store fixtures.
- Handle occasional travel, with hotel and per diem provided.
- Work some overtime as required.
- Provide some 24/7 on-call service.
