About The Position

Kemco Facilities Services and Reliant Commercial is seeking an experienced carpenter in Kennesaw, Georgia. This is a commercial carpenter position focused on making repairs in retail stores. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, reliable, a team player, possess computer and smartphone skills, and be proficient with paperwork systems. Experience is required in all types of interior finishes including sheetrock, suspended ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile, and FRP. The role also involves working with steel frame doors, door hardware, commercial casework, and store fixtures. Commercial construction experience is desired. The candidate must be a good problem solver with excellent people skills. This is an hourly position with 40 hours per week, offering W2 employment. Occasional travel is required, with hotel and per diem provided. Some overtime and some 24/7 on-call service will also be required.
