About The Position

Are you someone who takes pride in keeping spaces running smoothly and looking their best? We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for keeping everything in top shape. Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 1+ year of facilities, operations, or related experience
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive, service-focused attitude
  • Someone reliable, hands-on, and proactive
  • Ability to take initiative and handle tasks independently
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the office
  • Partner with vendors to complete service requests and ongoing projects
  • Conduct regular inspections and address issues proactively
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations
  • Support a safe work environment by following and promoting safety protocols
  • Identify potential risks and take corrective action when needed
  • Assist with office improvement projects, including renovations or reconfigurations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on track
  • Help manage vendor relationships and service performance
  • Support contract coordination and service follow-ups
  • Respond to day-to-day facilities requests from employees
  • Assist with office setup, moves, and workspace adjustments
  • Support sustainability and cost-saving initiatives when possible
