Location: On-site at Kraken Kinetics facilities in the Pinehurst, NC area The Facilities & Maintenance Manager is responsible for facility readiness, maintenance coordination, equipment support, utilities coordination, vendor management, and facility support systems across Kraken Kinetics facilities, including production sites, engineering/support spaces, storage areas, and assigned test range support infrastructure. This role keeps Kraken facilities functional, organized, maintained, and available for scheduled work by coordinating infrastructure support, preventive maintenance, equipment repair, contractor activity, facility projects, and readiness tracking across multiple sites. The ideal candidate is a hands-on facilities and maintenance professional capable of supporting production, engineering, logistics, testing, and business operations in a fast-paced defense manufacturing environment.
