About The Position

This role works with the Director of Facilities Management in planning and coordinating activities related to Operations and Construction. The position involves contract administration, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local regulatory requirements. It also facilitates internal liaison with Finance and Materials Management departments for project financial reporting and material procurement, and maintains external contact with vendors regarding financial and scheduling matters. A key responsibility includes the administrative management of the Hazardous Materials Program, including vendor oversight and liaison with regulatory agencies. Additionally, the position oversees the division’s CMMS program and may require working long or irregular hours depending on project demands.

Requirements

Five or more years’ experience in project development, management and coordination required.
Comparable experience and training may also be considered.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
Experience preferably in health care.

Responsibilities

Planning and coordination of activities associated with Operations and Construction.
Contract administration and coordination to satisfy state, federal, and local regulatory requirements.
