About The Position

This position is for a Facilities Ambulatory Senior within the University Hospital | Facilities Administration department at The Ohio State University. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with eight years of general maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including three years in a team-oriented, multi-function setting. Successful candidates must obtain a valid OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health card during their probationary period. They must also demonstrate an understanding of university building design standards (BDS) related to maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment, and the project process managed by FOD Design and Construction (FDC). Successful completion of the probationary period includes demonstrated competence in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC/R.

Requirements

  • HS Graduate or Equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience
