The Facilitator is responsible for planning, improving, and delivering training programs designed to elevate the performance of Goosehead's agents. This role covers insurance product training, carrier and systems training, as well as service, sales, and marketing process training. Training is delivered in both classroom and one-on-one coaching settings for new hires and tenured teammates. Facilitators collaborate closely with senior management to refine training methods, leverage engaging materials, and provide constructive feedback to agents. Ultimately, the Facilitator ensures Goosehead agents are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to be the best in the industry.
