About The Position

Public Outreach is a fundraising and marketing agency that partners with charities and nonprofits to design campaigns that raise money, grow communities, deepen supporter relationships, and power long-term impact. They work with organizations in health, environment, human rights, and social justice, raising millions annually. As they expand across the United States, they are seeking individuals passionate about social justice and environmental change to join their mission.

Requirements

• Great communication skills—you’re comfortable striking up meaningful conversations
• Love being outdoors, rain or shine!
• Able to be on your feet for extended periods
• Thrives in a goal-driven, positive, and energetic environment
• You’re 18 or older and legally able to work in the United States
• A minimum commitment to 4 shifts/week or 32-40 hrs/week
• Can reliably commute
• You’re comfortable working in a results-driven role and meeting fundraising goals

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fundraising, improv, or stage performance is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Engage people face-to-face about causes they care about
• Inspire monthly support for high-impact nonprofits
• Work outdoors in rotating locations
• Represent a specific charity, engaging with the public to gain monthly supporters and keeping them in the loop about the charity’s progress
