About The Position
Calling All College Students! Looking for a flexible part-time job that keeps you active and engaged? Join the YMCA team as a Seasonal Custodian! If you enjoy working in a people-centered environment where member connection matters just as much as keeping things clean and welcoming, this role is for you. You’ll help maintain a safe, tidy, and inviting space for our members and staff while gaining valuable experience in a supportive team setting. This position is perfect for college students looking to build work experience, stay active, and be part of a mission-driven organization. You may also assist the maintenance department with light tasks and facility support as needed. Bring your positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset—we’ll take care of the rest!
Requirements
- Initiative and foresight to stay busy and productive without direction.
