About The Position

Lead and manage R & S functions, including the parts department and equipment delivery and pickup. The role includes overseeing parts inventory and distribution, managing surplus equipment, coordinating equipment and parts movement, and supervising and developing direct reports. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license, which must be maintained.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.
At least 3 years of warehousing or inventory management experience and satisfactory overall performance.
Demonstrated supervisory, mentoring, and training experience.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain accurate, organized parts inventory across the division’s storage locations.
Coach, mentor, train, and support technicians with parts and information requests.
Monitor the auto-replenishment system to maintain optimal stock levels.
Safely operate equipment, vehicles, powered industrial trucks, and aerial lifts.
Support parts distribution, including pricing best practice provider.
Monitor schedules and routes for equipment and parts deliveries and pickups.
Use the company email system to send and receive messages.
Supervise the storage, refurbishment, movement, and inventory of surplus equipment.
Support the sale and disposal of obsolete and surplus equipment.
Supervise and coach direct reports, complete performance reviews, and provide feedback.
