About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator/Welder for a fabrication shop specializing in construction projects, including installing stairs, rails, and other miscellaneous metal projects. The position requires successfully passing a drug screening before starting.

Requirements

• Ability to read blueprints and conduct layouts according to specifications.
• Ability to position, align, fit, and weld parts to form units.
• Ability to weld using MIG, Flux Core, and/or Stick processes.
• Experience operating an overhead crane.
• Experience with fabrication equipment such as saws, pipe notchers, and grinders.
• Understanding of basic math, geometry, and fractions.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, torches, and jigs.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening prior to starting.
