Requirements

Proven experience as a welder and fabricator, with a strong understanding of welding techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in welding and fabrication
Proficiency in operating welding equipment and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical dexterity and stamina to perform demanding

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately fabricate and weld components
Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
Fabricate metal structures, parts, and assemblies according to project requirements
Ensure all work meets safety standards, quality specifications, and deadlines
Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications
Maintain and operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize fabrication processes tasks
