Entry Level Fabricator- Multiple Shifts

About The Position

This is an entry-level, hands-on role within our manufacturing team. As a Fabricator I, you’ll support the production of HVAC system components while learning core fabrication skills in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work alongside experienced team members and gain exposure to equipment, processes, and quality standards that support our production goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior manufacturing or fabrication experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to learn equipment, tools, and production processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Comfortable working in a team-based environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Standing for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)
• Occasional kneeling, crouching, and ladder use
• Lifting requirements: Up to 25 lbs frequently, 25–50 lbs occasionally, 50–75 lbs occasionally
• Ability to lift from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, and overhead as needed

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote workplace safety practices
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in on-the-job training to build fabrication skills
• Support daily production needs as directed by supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet output goals
• Assist in identifying process improvements
• Operate fabrication equipment under supervision
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Learn to read measurements and tolerances (up to 1/32”)
• Record production or quality data as required
• Become familiar with materials, gauges, and fabrication tools
• Take initiative when solving basic production issues
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed
