About The Position

Arc is working to electrify the marine industry by developing electric powertrains, software, and vessel designs. The company is scaling production of its flagship model and extending its platform to commercial applications, including tugs, ferries, and defense. The Fabrication Technician will turn raw stock into finished, boat-ready components on Arc’s Fab team. The role includes setting up and operating CNC equipment, fabricating and welding metal parts, fixtures, and assemblies, and maintaining a safe, organized, well-stocked fabrication shop. Work shifts among machining, welding, and general fabrication according to shop needs and the build schedule. The technician will support both Production and R&D builds and provide hands-on feedback to engineers on design for manufacturability.
