Fabrication Technician - Vacuum Forming
About The Position
Cranial Technologies is seeking a Fabrication Technician for their Vacuum Forming team within the Manufacturing department. This role is crucial in the production of the DOC Band®, a custom-made cranial orthotic product for infants with plagiocephaly. The ideal candidate will possess strong visual skills, attention to detail, and manual dexterity. The company is the leader in pediatric cranial shaping orthoses and is dedicated to treating plagiocephaly. The Fabrication Technician will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, ensuring each DOC Band® perfectly fits the baby's head. The position is located in a clean, air-conditioned fabricating area in Chandler, AZ.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on a team as well as independently
- Keen eye for detail
- Hand eye coordination and ability to work with your hands!
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- If you have an artist’s eye for detail, like to craft or create on your own time, or have played sports - all are useful skills!
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
