About The Position
The Fabrication Team Leader is a hands-on production leader responsible for supporting a shift team, meeting production goals, maintaining quality and safety, and keeping operations running efficiently. The role involves troubleshooting production issues and training, motivating, and encouraging team members. The position is full-time and based at the Production Office in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with attention to quality.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the shift team to achieve production goals.
- Monitor quality, safety, and productivity on the production line.
