Fabrication & Installation Team Members
About The Position
Tricon US, LLC is hiring full-time, long-term team members for industrial fabrication and installation work at its Lyman, Wyoming location. Available positions include Ironworkers, Welders, Fabricators/Fitters, and Industrial Laborers. Work includes shop fabrication and field installation on a variety of industrial construction projects. The company emphasizes safety and quality and offers the opportunity to grow with a family-owned company. The role may involve travel to project sites and assisting other locations as needed, as well as overtime and extended schedules when project requirements demand it. Pay is a competitive hourly rate based on position, qualifications, and experience. Company benefits begin on the first of the month after 60 days of eligible employment.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial construction, fabrication, steel erection, welding, fitting, or related work.
- Ability to fabricate and install structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
- Ability to read drawings, take measurements, and perform basic layouts.
- Ability to safely operate applicable hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
- Hardworking, dependable, and safety-minded approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a crew and follow direction from supervisors and foremen.
- Willingness to work overtime and extended schedules when project requirements demand it.
- Willingness to travel for projects and assist other locations as needed.
- Ability to pass required pre-employment and periodic screenings.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Welding experience is preferred for applicable positions.
- Experience with industrial piping and mechanical installation.
- Wood or lumber framing experience.
