About The Position

Galleher Industries is seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership within our Lafayette manufacturing operation. This position combines working alongside the fabrication team with responsibility for coordinating daily activities, supporting production goals, maintaining quality, and helping the General Manager keep operations moving. This is a working supervisor role. The right person understands metal fabrication, can lead from the floor, communicate priorities, solve problems, and isn't afraid to wear multiple hats. When the General Manager is unavailable or focused elsewhere, the Fabrication Supervisor will serve as the acting floor leader, keeping established priorities moving and escalating significant business or employee decisions to the General Manager as appropriate. Our Lafayette operation is growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of building what comes next. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with local leadership, help shape how our fabrication operation runs, strengthen the team, and contribute ideas as we continue to grow our presence in Greater Lafayette. We're looking for more than someone who simply wants to fill a position. We want someone who takes pride in their work, sees opportunities to make things better, and wants to help build a strong manufacturing operation for the long term.
